If at all possible I would certainly give them much more than a five star rating, Pat and Alejandra are just amazing.

I had been trying to purchase the Swarovski Angel Wings for months now, and because I live in a remote area of Canada I was running into major difficulty because I couldn't become a member as my address was ambiguous in their system, so nuts , because I tried to search stores close to me, my town showed up in the dropdown. So not impressed with the Swarovski company itself.

While visiting San Bernardino I dropped into Unique gifts as I sawc Swarovski Crystal there. I approached Alejandra, a very pleasant young lady , eager to assist me. I asked if they might possibly have the Swarovski Angel Wings decoration, there was neither one in the showcase, so she verified the item number and went to search in the back, she also informed me that if they didn't have it one of the neighboring Swarovski stores may, even though it's discontinued now. While Alejandra was gone to search, I chatted with Pat to and told him my situation and that Alejandra was on a search for me, so while she was searching he started to make calls to the neighboring stores..... nothing to be found. He called back to one and asked them to check in their archive. I waited at the store until the call came back, Alejandra had made calls too by this time. The Temecula store called back....there was 2 in their archive, the asked if I was going that way or if I was in town for a while, no I was leaving that day for Long Beach I said but I really really want these ...can they be shipped to my hotel in Long Beach, he said they would try, he called Temecula store again to see if this was possible, she checked out UPS...it would take 1-3 days, a bit chancy, he told her to see if they have overnight delivery, they didn't, I said we can send them home to Canada, he didn't want to take a chance on that either. He called the lady in Temecula again, to see if she could check with FedEx to see if they do overnight delivery....we are in luck...he took the particulars we got everything arranged for it to arrive at my hotel in Long Beach. They are such amazing people, they went completely out of their way to make sure I got the item that I was looking for, a complete stranger to them and to the area. Now that it what I call service, they couldn't do enough to help me.....I told them that they had given me the very best Birthday gift that day.....I will never ever forget Pat, Alejandra, Unique Gifts and the lady in Temecula.....a real personal touch...these people really care about their customers and what...

I have come here every year for my gifts. The ones I want to stand out and make a statement to someone important. I always come straight here because the items on the shelves are absolutely the best and the customer service is even better. Back in 1997 When the Unique Gifts was on the Macy's side of the Mall. I was preparing for my first deployment to Bosnia when I served in the Army. The owner Pat who I call a very good friend helped me pick out and ingrave a gift for my grandma and my mom. I just found out that Pat has closed his store.
