MOST HORRIBLE experience & purchase ever made. Buy or Beware. They will not refund or exchange once u make a purchase. AVOID THIS PLACE !!! I purchased a bed for $750, bed wasn’t in and i was told to wait a week for delivery. I went online to do a little research about Landeros since I basically drove by that day by chance and wanted to see some reviews on they’re funriture. I was stunned to read all the negative reviews about the cheap bad quality of furniture and rude employees. This immediately prompted me to call Landeros to cancel my order and purchase else where with a company I could trust. When I called I asked to speak to the manager, when he got on the phone I explained the situation and asked for a refund since I haven’t received anything from them. He started yelling and cursing at me in Spanish and said all sales are final. When asked for his name he said “Do you want my mommas name to?” Please avoid this place at all costs . Now I’m out $750 ! They do not care once they take...

"You get what you pay for" is the saying, but with them you get less than you're paying for - apathetic employees with no personality are barely able to answer questions, and often give inaccurate or erroneous information about products or what's in stock. Worse yet, getting a straight answer is like trying to coax a lazy stubborn mule out of a barn. Better check your packaged products before you have them delivered or pick them up to ensure all the parts/hardware are included since most are manufactured overseas and quality control is pretty bad - each of my packages were missing items. If all this isn't bad enough, this location rarely answers the phone and instead you simply get a automated message saying 'memory is full'. Sure, most of the prices are rock bottom, but you can basically get the same prices with much better customer service and some sense of professionalism at Bulkea - they actually have a website showing their inventory and a dedicated customer service department...

I recently purchased a rebuilt bed set from this store location on e st in san bernardino, i want to say in March or April. Total cost was $351 for a rebuilt topper mattress that became a nightmare within 3 months of purchasing it. The springs were popping out atleast 2 inches in the front of the mattress and my son got a serious cut from it. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD AND LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN. I came to visit the store and received a call the next day stating that i would have to bring the bed in myself so that they could repair it, no refund exhange nothing just repair. How in the world do you repair a rebuilt mattress with springs popping out?? This store is a joke i live a mere 10 minutes away but yet they couldnt pick up the mattress and deliver a new one.
