Los Portales Restaurant #3 — Restaurant in San Bernardino

This place is HORRIBLE.. And the reasons I say so..I ordered shrimp 🍤 with garlic with Rice and Beans combo plate. The Young Man that took my Order.. Needs a Lesson 101 in Customer Service. It's Covid it's outside dinning only..Well I guess they don't follow rules and guidelines. When I got home my plate was all over the place .The Container wasn't properly closed. Spilled all over the bag. They were suppose to include salsa..Would called them and made them aware of situation. But it does no good last time I called them when they over cooked my shrimp they apologized and asked for my name. And they said Next time I would visit. They would give a plate on them. Well 3 weeks later I called and made me order.. When to pick it up and they Stated they didn't have my name..I was like ok what ever. But they have made to many errors for me. They get a star on Shrimp Cocktail.. But I Paid 70 plus Dollars to get butter and garlic all over the place..I really think he did it purposely. But be AWARE folks they Chisty. Food is okay when they Prepare it correctly. They have burned my Shrimp ..Overly cooked it to many times. That was the last straw..Will go to Las Cosita in Colton...

We didn't even stay first of all we had a service dog they asked to see the card which are not allowed to do they are supposed to ask what the dog was is used for which they did not do. Second of all they want to charge for refills on soda. I used to go here a lot and I can smell good food and it smelled wonderful I went in this time they did not they did not even bring chips and salsa when they came to meet us like they used to do and when we asked if it was free they said yes they would bring it but they came back to explain about the size of the soda that they charge no refills and it was a small cup not a very big one so it wasn't worth staying and I didn't smell like I used to the nice smelling food so I don't know but I haven't been there I haven't been to this place in like probably 3 years cuz I moved up over the hill. We was going to dine in. We left instead to go find some...

If you cant cook beans. You shouldn't be In the business. The place is small, majority booths. If I want that many booths I'd go to a diner. One thing I keep emphasizing on! Is that if the bathroom is dirty so is the kitchen. Thing was flooded thr whole time there. The server was ok but she had a vary bland attitude. This goes out to all server. If your having a bad day. 1 you either play it off. Or 2 stay home. The place did have 2 Big screens. One facing the door, which behooves me. And the other in smallest seating area in whole restaurant. Well I hope this place learns from there customers reviews. Oh ya one more thing dont stake plates of chips on top of eachother. Bottom of that plat is not cool sitting on top of other chips. And not the freshest like that. Anyways good luck....
