UPDATE: 6/11/19-I have written an update 5/30/19 The same as all the burger places except In N Out. They needs gloves and hairnets. The need to not touch money, credit cards, cash register and then touch customers food without washing their hands. Especially at the drive thru. Money is filthy and full of bacteria. I have seen a man picking his teeth with his credit card and then hand that card to the drive thru worker. The worker slid the card handed him his food and then proceeded to deal with me. NEVER WASHING HIS HANDS. I brought it to his attention he said he has to multitask. I drove off. So people PAY ATTENTION. UPDATE 5/30/19 @ 4:12pm I went back to get my favorite burger; the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I totally encountered the same acts as explained in my earlier review. As the cashier went to prepare my to go order, I had to ask her to wash her hands, before she touches my food. They messed my order up. So the owner who replied to my original review should implement new mandatory rules. Hairnets, gloves, definitely washing of hands. No drying hands on pants, yes I saw that act today too. I tried to contact the owner, as requested, to let him/her know about today's experience, but the comments didn't work when I tried to submit my complaints.6/11/19-11:54pm I Just left the Baseline/Waterman store. I am pleased to share it was great. The drive-up cashier she was super polite and a very clean appearance. She didn't work the assembly another worker bagged my food. ย ย ย Read moreThe place personally pissed me off. The manager Durning the day is rude a Heavier set Hispanic woman. My first visit she forgot to put in my second double burger. Then when approached it took other customers saying I did order it. I was do made my Husband ate the meals I didn't eat. Then a homeless man came in he needed water she denied him water. He needed to order. Oh no dear he has the right to ask you for water. But he needs to order so we made sure he could. Then just to be a rude bi**h she gives him one for his chicken strips. He ask for another she wants him to pay $0.50 for any additional stress sauce but I watched her give the person behind me too I watched her give a child 3 and I watch to give another adult male chicken strips at 2. Yet she refuses to do it she was going to make him pain he goes to get a refill in water and she tells them so I went up and got him two more and paid for his sauce. She sat in the back glaring at me on her lunch break as she listened to me tell the homeless man what his civil rights were are they human not just a homeless. ย ย ย Read morePlaced an online order. App said "Your order will be ready in 7-9 minutes. I guess it meant 7-9 minutes after you arrive. When I got there it wasn't packed up or ready and we waited easily 7-9 minutes After our turn at the counter. I still gave 3 stars for service because I could tell that the staff was doing their best and they didn't skimp on the fries.
The food was standard Jack in the Box. The staff was friendly enough. The dining area had the distinct aroma of homeless people. In the future I will restrict my dealing with this location to the drive thru. Edit 12/13/2024 as requested in their reply I went to the website given and went through all the steps. I'll try to update if anything comes of it. 12/18/2024 They contacted me but basically just said sorry this happened and clarified that the 7-9 minute estimate was NOT supposed to be how long you wait once you get there. No attempt at reparation nor even much of an apology. Seemed mostly like going through the motions. Waste of my time. Going to see if I can downgrade...
