The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in San Carlos Park

Attractive deals but not worth encountering arrogant and indignant manager or elitist elderly female employee. Bought some MAC foundation during a sales event. Noticed the pump that goes to the bottle wss packaged separately behind the product. Next day I realized the sales person, “Luz B”, didn’t include pump. Called the store and was told the pump was extra. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I purchased item - and the response was so garbled in a thick accent I asked for the store manager. Of course he wasn’t available. I called back; he glossed over any misstep by the elderly sales woman and insinuated I should have intuitively known the pump was extra. Really? He also asked for my name to do some “research” but never offered to follow up with me. Again, really? I believe with all my heart he was trying to intimidate me - which is crazy. Seriously crazy. Over a legitimate complaint/observation? Wish I would have never stepped foot in that store. Wasn’t looking for anything more than an “I understand-we’ll get this right moving forward.” Response I received was far from that. This place employs the rudest people that provide the most inferior (I should just say non-existent) customer service. My friend and I went in this past weekend looking to compare prices on the body lotion and perfume his mother loves. We walked in, the 2 people working there, a young 20s looking girl and an older woman, looked up at us, SAID NOTHING, then looked away. I made eye contact with the younger sales person multiple time and was even purposely louder with my comments to my friend like "I wonder if it comes in any other sizes" to try and get them to come help us. The older blonde associate that worked on Saturday June 26th at 6:50 pm with a short hair cut was a terrible sales person and should be terminated and I will not return till she’s gone. I walked in at 6:50 Pm which I know it’s 10 minutes before closing but I knew exactly what I was looking for and she did want to help me at all and just said we are Closing at 7pm and we only have what’s out available. Although, there was another customer before me and she said if you come back and we are closed and the door is locked just come back and knock on the door. While I was at the store listening.
