Wildflower — Local services in Dana Point

We chose Wildflower to do our wedding florals, and I couldn’t be happier we did! The flowers were one of my favorite components of the day. They were stunning, and completely made the whole aesthetic! I worked with Cassie on our florals, and she was so friendly, professional, accommodating, and responsive. We met up at the shop a couple different times to go over ideas and look at different flowers and vases. Cassie was always patient and helpful as my mom and I asked question after question about everything! She also did a complimentary flower preview for us so we could see how the centerpieces looked with the napkins and table linens. Cassie completely understood my vision and helped capture a look that turned out even better than what I had envisioned. I was so obsessed with the florals on our ceremony arch, and my entire bouquet. We even re-used the florals the next day for a post-wedding brunch, and once again they were the star of the event! I love this florist and am so great full for them and their creative eye and excellent quality of fresh flowers!! We live out of the country (Costa Rica) and it is very hard to find beautiful and unique arrangements for delivery when shopping online. I have many family especially my grandparents in the area and we have used their delivery service to send special arrangements for holidays birthdays and other occasions. Every time the customer service is top notch and also the flowers are delivered on time and with great care. After the delivery I always get calls, emails and messages saying how beautiful they are and that they have never seen such lovely styled flowers. Wildflower florist is truly a blessing to me and has really helped us not feel so far when missing these special occasions with our loved ones. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This is the most amazing service I've revived in a long time! Today is my daughter's 21st birthday and I wanted the flowers I ordered to arrive in the morning. However, when I called and spoke to Christina, I was informed that deliveries didn't go out until after 1pm. I think she could hear the disappointment in my voice. She kindly said, "Don't worry about it. We're not that busy right now. I'll deliver them myself right now." Okay, WOW! I was blown away! You just don't find that kind of customer service any more! But you do here at Wildflower! My daughter called me elated and crying because she was so happy with her arrangement! Thanks Christine and Wildflower! You made my daughter's day and mine with your above and beyond customer service! You deserve every 5 star review you recieve! I'll be back...
