TLDR: Send your Pixel back to Google for warranty repair, don't bring it to this shop.
Brought my Pixel 8 in for warranty repair of the back camera glass cover. I had to argue with the manager that it was covered, even though I had an email from Google. The time estimate was 2 hours; it took 3 days to get it back.
When I got it back, the proximity detector no longer worked. I sat there for two hours while the tech talked to their support line and googled how to repair it.
The tech had a whispered conversation with the manager, after which they gave me my phone back and told me they couldn't do anything about the problem.

When I got my phone back, I noticed that the sim card was missing and all the scratches were on the back of the phone that had never been there because I had never taken the phone out of the case.

I got a guy on the phone that was already irritated when he picked up the phone, and promised to call me back because he was clueless if they had the part in stock- which of course he didn't call back.
Hours later, I called back and he again- had no idea if the part was in stock and then put me on hold for over 10+ minutes until I finally hung up, and guess what? Still never called me back.
