The make you pay first. And it's $20, not $19.99. The penny doesn't matter to me, but the false advertisement does. The foot massage is done right in the lobby, with all the empty cartons of choco pie boxes & trash behind the chair. Towards the end she seemed to just slap my feet around to kill time. I had to ask her to massage my head & shoulders, which is usually part of the package. But she never did my lower back. Her massage was horrible. No pressure, just rubbing. Then she wants to know where her tip is. There is nothing tackier than a horrible masseuse who demands a tip. I was so frustrated, had to go follow up with a much better foot massage at another location. Go to Massage Oasis and see how much better they were. I sure did. I WILL NEVER...
