Pho Fusion — Restaurant in San Diego

Went to find a new place for pho and away from sdsu. Trying something new. Great place! the place was very clean and friendly. We were immediately greeted and asked if it was for here or to go. We ate there of course. We ordered the large brisket and flank pho. And grilled chicken spring rolls. The pho was really good. I felt this pho was probably the most fresh I've have tasted. The broth was very good. The spring rolls were great but could of benefitted from more veggies.the service was excellent. One thing that could be challenging is parking but overall if your looking for a date out for 2 come here for a meal including 2 large bowls of pho and spring rolls for under $25 bucks. Having food allergies and ordering to go food can be so dangerous for me, I'm SO thankful I finally came into this place. It's absolutely delicious, everything is fresh and even though I declined sauce, the woman said "oh, u have to have sauce with it, it makes a huge difference" I informed her about my food allergies and something had to be left out and they made me special sauce, and it's DELICIOUS. I keep coming here, because it's on the way home 🤣🤣 BUT I also want to mention that I have taken a gargantuan amount of orders for doordash customers, obviously it's good. Totally unplanned. While on holiday in the area for an event, we fancied some lunch. Our 12 year old is picky and wanted a Subway, so I found the one a few doors down from Pho Fusion. Me and the wife wondered up the few food outlets next to Subway & for whatever reason we popped into Pho Fusion.

The staff were so lovely, greeting us, helping us pick some gorgeous food. We'd not had Pho before & will definitely have again. Might even come back for something else from the menu before we leave! Nom...
