Tecolote Shores — Attraction in San Diego

No idea on how I ended up in San Diego but somehow I did. We were looking for a beach but ended up here. They have public restrooms so i went because i was peeing myself already (2/10 don't recommend to pee your pants, unless you're into that) the bathroom doors are so short, I could look out which is a little awkward unless you like playing peekaboo with strangers while you're trying to put your pants up. Theres swings for older kids so even the adults can use them. I went during the night so I couldn't see much but I know theres this playground, in which I made a mission to climb and take a photo of all the equipment. 10/10 would do again. Lovely place to walk, meditate, BBQ, play soccer or just sit and watch the sunset over the bay. Well thought out rec area for residents. Even an RV dump station. Lots of big trees and I saw a great pick up soccer game. Kid playing in playgrounds Dogs are allowed on leash after 5:30pm in summer and after 4:30pm in winter. The whole walk appeared to be 2.5 miles with benches along the way. You also pass the Mission Bay Resort too. I think you can see SeaWorld fireworks at night from near this point. Lots of parking in many different areas and a boat/ jet ski launch area and a dock for pick ups. Many bathrooms...

This is a very nice place to do the barbecue or have a party with the family the only thing is is homeless has started to invade the areas and it kind of brings down the value another issue is the trash that people leave behind leave it better than you found it. If people just would pick up their trash it would be so much better if you drive around Fiesta Island it is nothing but dirt and trash I gave it three stars because I do dragon boating there and I do Jeep events there but the trash that people leave behind is...
