Bailey was very instrumental in the progress I have made so far with keeping my membership. I had difficulties sticking to a schedule at first. Baileys patience and demeaner encourage me to continue. Every instructor is knowledgeable, friendly and share different styles of teaching. As I continued to increase my class schedule. My muscle mass and strength have greatly increased ā better than my peak performance earlier in life. I am now 61 and stronger than ever. Four days ago, I took a very hard fall on Palomar Mountain while walking on Black Ice. My driveway camara picked up the incident. I showed the video to the Urgent Care nurse and the MD for them to see the impact. I was diagnosed with thoracic and lumbar back pain which is easily treated. MD was very impressed that I did not have any broken bones or head injuries. He said that the strength from Pilates saved me from major injury!
