Ding Tea Rancho Bernardo — Restaurant in San Diego

Hi, I ordered a Matcha green tea with boba and aloe 25% sugar today at 12:42pm. First they forgot to put boba and aloe, so my husband had to go back and got a new drink. This time they remembered to put Boba and Aloe, but they put Crystal boba instead of Boba and also forgot to adjust the sweetness. The green tea was too sweet and I felt lazy to go back again….😮‍💨. The store didnt have customers at all so we didn’t understand why they couldn’t make my drink right.

This place is great in my opinion, both generally and it’s a nice go-to spot for me when it comes to treating myself or going here to study. The service here is great too, alongside the variety of drinks even though I always get the same thing there, but even then the variety here is great. Sometimes I’ll ask my parents if they want something and they always manage to make a “mini-list” of what they would drink in case they want something. The drink has been very inconsistent, from lack of tea taste, to sweetness level. Always order 25% sweetness level. Today the drink was very sweet. Called the store asking for a replacement drink next time, but was told he didn't know if that's possible. Ended up throwing out the whole drink.
