I’ve been going to the Flex Appeal Booty Factory program since September 2024 and everyday I attend a class I am inspired and energized by the strength that all us women in the class show and gain by working out together. The all-women environment is very comfortable and I do recommend for anyone that feels intimidated by the gym bro environment usually in big commercial gyms. The trainers push you to give your all and I very much appreciate that and have felt much growth in my strength and muscle mass since starting class. I also have to say that my energy throughout the day has improved, as well as my endurance in hiking and swimming and even just goin on walks with the fam. Flex Appeal, amazing! I just started my fitness journey after this unfortunate COVID-19 breakdown. As others can relate I have gained a few unwanted pounds as a result from having to stay indoors. Flex Appeal has gratefully and kindly welcomed us, my sister and I, to their gym. In regards to following regulations and sanitation they do a great job at keeping their equipment pristine clean. They have a few steps of sanitizing every time you step into their gym area in order to keep the place comfortable. They're also currently only allowing a few fitness enthusiasts sign-up per session to maintain the distance between each member -- six feet apart. In addition they have a "come-back" promotion running that will not break your bank understand the economy's current financial situation. I started coming here I tried my free trial for 3 days and it’s great! You will defiantly lose weight! I saw a difference in just 2 days. 1 CON is that no one speaks ENGLISH ! Instructions of work outs are being demonstrated at the beginning you really need to pay attention because their Spanish is very detailed. Charly one of the trainers speaks English just a little to get by BUT he goes to every person as we work out to correct our figure and makes sure we don’t hurt ourselves and get the best of the work out!
