I would give this business 0 stars if I could. We stopped by with my family for a quick ice cream craving. Everything was fine until my mom got a mango popsicle that tasted like nothing. After my mom brought this up one female staff member, the staff said she would go ask what could be done about the situation. The popsicle accidentally slipped out of mom’s hand as she suffers from arthritis. The staff then said they could not switch the popsicle for anything else because my mom purposely threw the popsicle on the floor, based on the “camera footage they had”.

First of all, this was so rude because they are accusing my mother of doing something she did not do.

Second, my mother is not a child throwing a tantrum, she has a difficult time gripping items.

Third, even if they could not switch out the item, they could’ve just said that without accusing my mom of something she did not do.

Lastly, the popsicles suck, tastes bland and old.

We ended up buying a cup of ice cream for my mom. She felt sad because she felt discriminated because of her condition.

Not sure if it was the day or the weather or what. I've been here several times before and service was ok, but today when I walked in the store was slow and maybe two other people ordering and 4 girls behind the counter. Out of three items ordered, two were handed to me and the other stayed behind the counter until my husband stood for ten minutes trying to get one of the girls attention. Once she finally looked at him she verified his receipt and handed him the item. Then when my six year nephew was going to order, the girl looked at him , walked away while telling another girl "you got it, right?" They were out of a lot of items too, flavors and toppings. The ice cream is 10/10, don’t get me wrong. But today we were served by Maria and she underserved us severely. My sister has social anxiety and would have a panic attack if she had to bring it up to the server, so we didn’t. However, if we go and Maria is the one working the ice cream we plan to leave or ask for someone else. I hope someone can train her better.

They also need to hire more people. We were second in line and waited 30 minutes. Add another 20 that she took to serve 3 underserved cups and a milkshake that was only 2/3rds full (she filled the rest of the cup with whipped cream). You have such good ice cream, please improve your customer service! I don’t want...
