Beware!!! Really bad environment to work in!!!! Employees don’t help you much, they expect you to know everything from day one, and the trainers there don’t even train well, they only tell you what to do, not how to do it!!! A boss tells someone what to do, while a leader helps his comrades when they’re having trouble. Then behind your back employees talk bad about you! At the end they complain because you don’t know much, when i didn’t even have a specific trainer, and when i did have a trainer they only told me to do one thing, TACOS, so i perfected my timing with tacos and how to make them, because it was basically the only thing i did, the only thing they told me to do, then one day they decided to put me in the friars, which i had almost no experience doing, and that same day they told me my training time was over, that i needed to work alone. And obviously i didn’t have much experience in friars, so the manager got angry, and started treating me really rude and explaining things to me as if i was a child. These people need to put more attention to new employees, and need to learn to treat every employee with respect and kindness, despite mistakes, something that this workplace does not have. Read moreIf I could give no stars I sure would! I waited in a very long line to order and I was EXTREMELY PATIENT.... I forgot to add a drink to my order so I go to add at the last window and the woman (who I assume was the manager since I saw her training a young man), tells me she's sorry they do not have a cash register at this window, my boyfriend then asks her so we have to wait in the long line all over again just for a soda? And she said yes. Never in my years of ordering anything in fast food was I EVER denied a last minute purchase at the window. It actually ruined our meal. Jack in the box please tell me you do not train your employees to turn away money especially a quick order of a drink! I am so upset this woman even works with customers at all. Read moreThis place is so close to my home and we always come here. 3 out of 5 times I get my order wrong. Today was a different experience. I just wanted a cold coffee and decided to order inside as the drive thru line was so long. The male cashier seem new but was so nice(young boy). The manager(guessing) was yelling at him, asking him to stay in the register taking orders but he was alone so no one else was giving the orders. He was trying his best. But hold down, a police officer walks in and she personally goes to take his order, talks to him so nice and prepares his order herself. Ok I get, a police officer, but there were more people waiting for their order before him. I didnt think she was professional at all with the way she was talking to the employee (in Spanish) and the employee didnt understand Spanish. I could hear talking to other staff about him in a language he could not understand. This is not ok. I hope they pay attention to costumer reviews.
