Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a pizza and some wings to be delivered. The delivery never showed up. I called them after about an hour. They couldn't even find record of my order. After speaking to three different people and spending more than 45 minutes on the phone they finally located my order. Then they told me it came back undeliverable whatever that means.
I informed them I've been waiting over an hour and I was sitting in my living room with the front door open the entire time. The manager said the delivery driver came back and said no one was at the resident.
I ordered buffalo wings and a pizza but only the buffalo wing showed up on their order. And the cost of my 8-piece wings came out to $23. The manager told me there was nothing he could do about the order not being delivered and it would be sometime before they could send another person with the food. The charge was already showing up on my credit card and he said that he could cancel it. He said the charge would drop off of my account by that evening which was Friday.
Sunday afternoon I checked the account and the order had been charged. I went back to the store in person and got a different manager to do a refund. This process took about half an hour. Her name was Miriam and she was quite helpful.
I believe the first manager I spoke to was named Ricardo. He was of no help at all. In fact when I told him I was going to write this up on Yelp he hung up on me. this was a triple awful experience and I will never shop at this Pizza hut or any other Pizza...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would, my mother went to this location to pick up some pizzas in which my brother ordered online. He clearly stated that he wanted pepperoni on the two pizzas he ordered and once they picked them up they were both cheese. My mom later confronted NORMA, the cashier about the mistake, and asked to get the ordered fixed. The cashier NORMA REFUSED saying that she could not, and we would have to repurchase the pizzas. EXCUSE ME? But since when should a customer have to pay again for a mistake the EMPLOYEES made? AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is obvious that these employees need some serious training in customer service skills! Let me add, that while this whole ordeal was happening another employee was laughing in the background, way to hire incompetent employees. Leaving the store UNHAPPY and UNSATISFIED with the pizzas no thanks to NORMA, we left and got our pizzas at a different Pizza Hut location. We told the manager from the Pizza Hut in Coronado about our situation and even said they should have swapped out our pizzas, and THEY gladly made us our pizzas again ( we had to repurchase them) but at least they provided us with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Read moreThis is a little hole in the wall PIZZA HUT borderlined between San Diego and San Ysidro. So yes its a treasure hardly any PIZZA HUTS around the south. Long are the days where you can be seated in a booth and play Pac Man while your parents decide on the pizza choices. I was carrying out this time. I asked for specials and remebered I could order online and asked if that was fair game. The manager helped me with the internet order guiding me thru the website saving me 3 dollars because of it. 1 large 2 toppings. As we finished, I instantaneously saw my name on the order screen with 15 min to carry out. Wich is normal. The pizza came on time piping hot. The only reason I dont didnt give it the 5 stars..well what happened to the napkins, paramsian, crushed pepper. BTW those are 10 cents a pack. Overall my experience has always been excellent even if if there's a misunderstanding for the times I've been there. They keep good records and keep their word.
