I purchased a gift card for my mom on Mother's day. I called towards the end of May to schedule her appointment but was very difficult to get ahold of anyone and left several voicemails before I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone. They weren't very flexible with scheduling my appointment. So I was placed on a "waitlist" that was only about 2-3 weeks from what I was informed. I called back around July (My mother's bday) to check on the status and once again it was very hard to get ahold of anyone. Someone reached out to me after a few days and again weren't able to accommodate my mom into their schedule even though it had been long past the wait time I was told. I then asked if I could get a refund for the gift card I purchased so I could try to find a different pace where they can accommodate to our schedule needs. It was denied and again was told someone would reach out to me once they had an opening. After never receiving a call/email I called again on September and was told that there still wasn't any openings for the days I had requested. At this point I was very irritated since this was suppose to be a Mother's Day gift and she had not yet been able to use due to their lack of flexibility. I had to ask my mom to request a day off work and booked her into their next available day during the morning.

She was pleased with the service on her day of the appointment.

I had asked that they use that gift card at check out to cover the cost including gratitude but instead was charged to my credit card. It has been about two days and I haven't received the refund to my card.

I can’t wait till the COVID restrictions are lifted and Girl on the Go can open again. I’m missing my monthly treatments and TLC.

I started coming to this place a few years ago for some basic services because my skin needed some help. Due to the impressive results I received during my first few visit, I booked myself for additional services such as their body treatments. Now I visit multiple times a month for multiple treatments. After every visit I’m always leaving the spa feeling and looking better than ever before.

The monthly facials I receive at the spa are incredible, there’s nothing like having all your pores cleaned, I mean, truly, deeply cleaned. Plus, the body treatment is truly out of this world if you’ve never had one. You don’t realize how dirty or dry your skin truly is until you get a body treatment. Your skin will feel ultra-smooth and tight after getting a body treatment and your face will feel more radiant and cleaner than ever before after getting a facial.

No matter what your routine is at home, nothing can compare to the professional services you ‘ll receive here nor will your result at home come anywhere close to the result you’ll get here visiting Girl on the Go. I tried Girl on the Go! for the first time a few weeks ago because I found an online deal for a 1 hour massage that sounded pretty great. I also went ahead and booked a pedicure for the same day. The massage was wonderful and very relaxing. I felt like a few different styles were incorporated into the same massage, which is fine with me, as long as the knots in my back/shoulders/neck are worked out (which they were). The massage therapist also incorporated stretching of the neck and upper back, a nice touch.

The pedicure was just ok. They have a bench along the wall with pillows and cushions that looks like it would be comfortable, but it really wasn't that comfortable to sit on, not like the usual comfy massage chairs that most nail places have. The sugar scrub was really awesome, and they make their own. I wish that a little more work was done on my callouses; it was pretty superficial. Other than that, the leg massage part was great.

Overall, it was a good experience and the girls were all really friendly. I don't think I would go back for the pedicure, especially at that price. I probably would go back for the massage at some point since the price is pretty good for a 1 hour massage, but I'm not hurrying to make another appointment...
