Hoppy Yoga is always an awesome time! Katie was teaching for years at Culture Brewing in OB (who was a Rockstar!) and now we have Nam, who is well known in the yoga community and is such a pleasure to have as our teacher. Always learning new ways to adjust poses and think more about our anatomy. It's refreshing to have a hands-on teacher who is patient and always keeping us on our toes....
