Henderson Sport Complex — Local services in San Diego

This is on of my favorite parks and is a really good Park to go to 4 family activities, BBQ, soccer games, Summer Jams, basketball ect. Diskpart is well-lit by security and secured by the police to keep you and your family safe. for this part should be in what is considered a inner city neighborhood it has all the amenities of a Suburban neighborhood Park. Also known as 45 Park this place hasn’t changed in decades. Very basic sports complex in the inner city. Lots of open space and grass areas. Small playground. Basketball courts. I have many years of memories going to day camp here as a child. Sand in the playground. Valencia Park Pop Warner practice location as far as I remember. Decent parking but has become a site for people to dump their junk it seems. Overall a long-standing local park in need...

I have gone to this park several times, the environment is pretty good for the area. I like that apart from the playground for the kids their is also a lot of grass to play with your family or have a picnic on. As well as, a soccer field and baseball field for one to practice.
