Southcrest Park Plaza — Local services in San Diego

I go here for the EVgo charging stations which are located in the side lot behind the Northgate Market. This is an Extremely busy strip mall especially on Saturday afternoons, which is when I typically stop here on my way back towards Santee after working a duty shift at a client site in National City. There is usually a wait for a charger, the worst wait was when there was a special event at the mall which they blocked off the entire charging station area and I had to wait over two hours to be able to finally access the area. I really needed to charge I was at 26% and dropping fast and I didn't want to push it too far because if you allow it to drain too much it won't take a charge at all and I'd have been stranded. So that was a hassle but I went and got a bite to eat at Jack in the Box and kept my windows open for the breeze and thankfully my Sirius XM radio in my vehicle doesn't use a lot of power so the wait was tolerable even though it was a long time and took almost an hour on the charger to get...

Absolutely love this Mexican grocery store. I worked for 12yrs at Albertsons. And let me tell you this store is beautiful and ran correctly. They have a beautifully stocked dairy department. The best I ever seen. Fully stalked even at 5pm. They offer hot food court. There produce depth. Is stalked .Bright. clean . Fresh. They load the place with balloons and flowers 💐 for all holidays. Beer. cigarettes. Ice. Wood hot food. Fresh tortillas. Bakery. Ice cream ..... just in awe when I come hear. I literally brag about it to my family and friends which I don't do often. Stopped in yesterday to get some windshield wipers for two of my vehicles - Toyota Corolla and Toyota Sienna.

Yes, I know, I could have just gotten them online, but I thought I'd get them locally in support of the people who are working the jobs there, and the sales tax at this location is only 7 and 3/4% compared to 1% more down in National City.

As usual, the people were very thorough in making sure I got the correct wipers. They would have replaced them for me if I would have wanted them to, but they were quite a few people there needing assistance so I just put them on myself, very easily.

What is great is every time I go to an AutoZone I've never been...
