UPDATE - So. They do a good job at pretending they care about the service provided to their customers. However, all I get are more opportunities to waste my time and complete more surveys. I thought they had a problem at one site with an incompetent manager and overworked staff. However, the only difference between the site and the main office is the main office needs the public to believe they care. The site has amazing location that unfortunately gave me the chance to keep hoping the next experience would be better. But it doesn’t get better. The wait time is insane. The food is consistently cold, old or missing. The staff is rude and possibly overworked as a result of bad management. In my opinion, stay away from this site.
Original review. - If only I could give a zero. They handed me the wrong order, Lyasha did not appreciate that I did not want to simply take the wrong order and rolled her eyes at me as she said she didn’t do it. I told her I understand however it’s not my fault and don’t appreciate the eye rolling. So she said she did not, as she rolled them again. Priceless. Then the manager comes to see why the car hasn’t left, because you know, the time is running. I start to tell her I don’t appreciate the eye rolling from the cashier and she cuts me off and says it is right now because she fixed it. I thanked her and told her I simply could do without the attitude. The whole time this girl is in the back saying she didn’t do it. Manager is only trying to get me out of the window. And this girl is talking over me and the manager. What a circus. Ridiculous! So sad that management rather pretend to fix an issue than actually address it. Good luck if you show up at this location. That’s a last for me. Keep your eye rolling, don’t care to take accountability, slow service...
Read moreTerrible Experience – Ruined My Christmas I finally have the time to write this review about an awful experience I had on December 21st. I placed a mobile order at Jack in the Box and realized I forgot to add something. When I arrived, I placed a new order at the speaker for a #5 Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo with 7 Jalapeño Poppers instead of fries. Everything seemed fine, and I headed home with my food. Since I hadn’t eaten anything all day, I was starving and excited to dig in. The food tasted good initially, but that didn’t last long. Within a few hours, I started feeling nauseous, and by midnight, I was incredibly sick—nonstop vomiting, stomach cramps, chills, and fever. I had food poisoning, and it completely ruined my Christmas plans. Instead of enjoying the holiday with my family, I spent it curled up in pain. Something must have gone seriously wrong with the food preparation or handling because this kind of experience is unacceptable. Food safety should be a top priority, and Jack in the Box failed miserably here. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from...
Read moreI really hope corporate steps in and corrects these inconvenient mistakes that can be resolved by better management. I had ordered over $60 of food and everything was cold. At the location. I waited 15 minutes from my mobile order and received cold fries. Just like everybody else. That’s the first thing people touch. We had gone to the door and advise the cashier that the fries were cold, and that we wanted new fries. We also requested hot sauce for our order but before the person went back to bring us fresh fries, he reached into the bag and grab the fries out of the bag without gloves. He then comes back with fresh fries and three packets of hot sauce. Mind you I just spent $60 and only got three packets of hot sauce. I then went home and realized that all of my food was cold and not just the fries. The jalapeño popper was cold and the middle was not cooked properly. I attempted to contact the store and no answer 2x. I wasn’t going to go back so I can wait 30 more minutes or more to correct Their...
