Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I called and scheduled an appointment in advance for three and Iasked to make sure that we would all by able to get our massage at the same time and that our group size was alight. They said it was fine and scheduled us. Upon arriving to our appointment, it turned out they had double booked us and told us we would have to do a shorter massage BUT for the same price. They also repeatedly blamed it on us cause we showed up NOT EVEN 5 min late, which I had called to tell them about before hand. BUT our 70 min appointment was at 12pm and the overbooked one was at 1pm. So it would have cut into our appointment anyway. We decided to just cancel, so they said "Oh come on we waited forever for you."- ???? What!? We weren't even 5 min late? How!? They were just so mean and it really upset my sister on her birthday. I was trying to figure it out since we were a little late, but it turned out it wouldn't have even mattered. So, so, so, so...

Im really disappointed with this place. I got a 60min massage with hot stones. The massage itself was decent. Everything was fine until a lady behind the counter came into my massage room in the middle of my massage. She had someone on the phone that she gave to the girl that was originally doing my massage. My massage therapist left the room on the phone and the other lady started massaging me. I didn't like that and was uncomfortable. I should've spoken up but I didnt. And while they came in and out of the door numerous times, they left it open a lot. And all I had was a thin sheet covering my body. My massage therapist also left the room for several minutes at a time and when she went to go get towels and such I feel like she took a little longer than a couple minutes and then didnt give me anytime back. I would not come here. There are so many better places with quality and...

First off I really wanted to love this place. This was me and my wife's first time here. The massage was good however there were situations that made the experience a 3 star experience. First when we arrived the girl mixed our appointment up with someone else's so when she put us in the room while I was unchanging she opened the door and said we had to wait for the next available room because she had a different appointment. We waited 15 min for the other ladies to finish and finally it was our turn ( not to mention our massage 60min massage started at about 310 and ended at 357). During the massage my masseuse kept answering the phone/ texting and answering the door as there were people walking in (this happened about 4 times during my massage) as much as I wanted to love this place and maybe I'd give it another try and hopefully the next experience wont be so...
