Went in for the first time in a long time. Asked what the wait was, instead of an answer I was told we can see you now. 10 minutes later my friend and I were sat in chairs to sit for another 15 minutes. By the time they got to us I told them I had one hour. I picked a gel color for my nails and told them the same color on my toes. She started painting my toes (nails hadn't been started) and I said that isn't the color I picked (I picked a coral pink, she was painting them red.) She argued that it was the corresponding number and painted my toes. I then sat while the girl who was supposed to do my nails talked and laughed on her phone and helped two other customers while other workers stood around and did nothing. Nail girl came and did my nails (the correct color), I had to forego the hand and arm massage as an hour and forty minutes had passed and I needed to leave. My toes did not match my nails. I was told I could come back another day to get a polish change. I told them I had a set babysitter and was already there for way too long. I wasn't even given a discount. TWO days later and my GEL nail polish is chipping off...

I’ve been in San Diego for three months and I love this place. The two top level mani and pedis are so good. I only get polish on my toes but for me the entire reason to get manis and pedis is exfoliation and the rubs. And both are amazing here. They massage before and after and in between and use paraffin on both hands and feet. And the ladies are so nice and so thorough. Read one negative review and was super surprised. I have had mani and pedi services all over the world and this place is in my top three. Highly...

Called made an apt. Had to wait 15 mins but they apologized and were so nice. But the quality of pedicure is soooo bad. I asked for “as short as possible” and got it cut so short that meat is out and it’s painful to wear sneakers :(. It’s been days and still the same. Both toes too. And you can see in the picture the paint job...
