Terrible service overall!

I should have left at 1st when I saw the previous lady storming off out of there and in her car throwing her small water bottle.

The address is hidden, and when I called and texted saying I was waiting in the car as instructed due to Covid-19. No response. I walked around until I found it. Once we walked behind a house to the small yard, behind the white curtain was a flat white bed with stains on the sheets! The over shade tarp was dirty with black stains or mold, maybe from the construction next door, and the background had a on going pleasant jack hammering noise:/ ( I was not notified by this at all). No apologies either. Then found myself laying down and had my long hair pulled off from the hair bun I had!! She doesn't communicate with you at all or talk you through what to do or when, how to move. The Green Peel Facial was extremely hard. She knew it was my 1st Green peel before hand, I understand it is a PEEL. But again, I was not told how it would be before or after it was done. What she didn't know is that I've had facials and body massages before. When a technician wears a mask they still insrustct you on what to do, not just move you roughly or pull out your hair. Things are different with Covid, so I understand outside could be a meantime substitution. But this was not ok on any level. After the Green Peel was rushed and done. I was then walked INSIDE the Studio where a nice clean white bed was on the center, with windows! She had me sit on the side couch while she was on her phone doing personal messages and while explaining the products I should use. I had questions of other products and was rudely told she can't, only what she has on the table. Afraid my facial results would go wrong, I purchased the $53 dollar Lotion Cleanser bottle. I tried to make small talk politely since I noticed she clearly was having a bad day. But kept being rudely treated. Attached pictures show the stains, embarrassed to point out I asked for an extra towel to cover and to cover myself from the sun on my legs that was beaming. The other attached screenshot shows her care and service. I never give bad reviews and try to talk with the business owner after, but once again, no response!! Save your time and hard earned money during this pandemic. At home facials are better priced than what this location, service, and results are worth!

All of these pictures were taken before my facial. I asked for extra towels to lay on that dirty bed. I am a San Diego Native and Laura from Maryland made it clear she was treating me differently, discriminating.

After posting this review I guess it was easier to just remove me from social medias instead of solving an issue. Covid is no excuse for overall horrible service, and NO it was not the type of facial given. But the overall service! Thanks Laura!

This review is long overdue - I’ve been going to Laura for nearly 5 years now, and she is the absolute BEST for waxing. She always accommodates my busy schedule, her technique makes it nearly painless, always does a perfect job, and she’s quick!!
