Terrible service, wasted a month of my time
Described my project accurately as a condo refresh in the first email. Got confirmation it was something they did inhouse and worked with their designer. Initial email clearly laid out scope of work (removal of plants, reinstall, condo project).
Had 40+ emails over the course of a month, took measurements, ordered supplies they suggested, dozens of photos, approved an invoice, and even had an onsite visit.
When it came time to schedule, I was told they "don't do condos" and they didn't understand there would be plants to remove (even though clearly implied in the first email, and extremely clear by the second).
The owner Toni didn't even have the decency to apologize for wasting my time. Didn't even direct me to another company to try until I asked for one.
Extremely disrespectful level of service given the lengths I went through with them over the course of the month. Had they been responsible they could have known the scope of the project within the first two emails and turned me away so I could get started elsewhere. Read moreI am a 20 year+ customer. I may not buy in volume but I shop through out the year - probably $300-$400. This year I have purchased plants that turned out to be root bound, have aphids or just failed to thrive. Lots of disappointment. When I emailed the nursery I got a very unfriendly reply; " bring plant back TODAY and we'll look at it". WOW ; yes let me drive 15 miles so you can LOOK at it. In case you are wondering the correct customer service response would have been " So sorry to hear this , and yes so disappointing. Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention -you are a great customer and we want you happy! Let's just swap-out that plant for great healthy plant".
I am tired of spending money on plants that are super stressed because they have been in inventory too long, neglected and rootbound- that's a BAD business practice
My other nursery is Walter Andersen, where I have never had a bad purchase and I get "Hedge Funds" - $5 credit for every $100.

No one was in there but two workers. There was a kid with long curly hair wearing a hat sitting at the computer who didn’t even greet us. Other guy was at the further register. Seemed like we were bothering them at best, the guy near the register told me to take a picture of a third-party that does something or other . My dad had to use the restroom and he went up the stairs with no railing. He fell flat on his face. The kid at the computer Didn’t even take a look, never got up out of his seat.
