At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life, but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming; surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from mother nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle. Read moreTiffany has a created a beautifully restorative space. For my session, she had herbal tea ready for me and all the bolsters and blankets I might need. She asked me questions about my physical and emotional state and what might need support. Then she delivered. She comfortably got me to poses that we held together and allowed for breathing and release. By the end of the session, I was "blessed out"! The time flew by and there was nothing painful or hard... It all felt amazing. I had specifically mentioned feeling really twisted on one side and in pain. After the session it was miraculously gone. It's hard to believe that something that felt so good was exactly what I needed... and how did she know??? Thanks, Tiffany....
