This is our second time using Lance and Marcie on a project. The first was on a large primary bath in a previous home of ours. The end result was a gorgeous bath that was one of the primary reasons we had multiple offers when we sold our home a few years after the remodel. A year ago we moved into a home built in '65 that needed extensive work - removing walls, raising ceilings, adding baths and adding a fabulous kitchen. We had already established a strong foundation of trust with Lance so we didn't even consider working with another designer. I worked with Lance to do a complete remodel of my kitchen. The results are excellent. We are do-it-yourselfers, and I had never worked with a designer. I knew a kitchen was outside my skill set, and I needed a partner who would be patient while I overthought every decision. Lance was the man. Together we methodically planned out every inch of the space. He waited while I obsessed over appliance choices and finishes nudging me in the right direction.
