Mission Hills Spa — Local services in San Diego

Here is the thing....most humans are wary of going into Asian spa places...The fear factor is usually in play...I say...GET OVER IT!!!! You are missing out. I just happened upon their shop today and after being on the road on and off the last two months and logging in 5,000 miles..well..my butt and back needed some good kneading and good kneading was what I got. I have no idea what style it is, but I asked for a good glute massage and that is what I got. There is something about Asian massage therapists.....they aren't afraid to get in there and make it all relax. I highly recommend this place..Highly recommend stepping out of the comfort zone and just doing it!!! Thanks...

This is the most inappropriate and unprofessional place that I or my wife have ever had a massage. rooms were cold. staff did not have schedule working properly. walls were so thin we could hear the next room's discussions. Massage staff did not keep proper therapeutic distance during session. Horrible experience. I though maybe I just had a bad employee, but my wife's was just as bad, if not worse. Will never...

Asked the employee to target a specific area on my arm due to a large muscle knot causing wrist pain , but she did the “regular routine” instead (shoulders and back). The phone rang three times and the employee answered the phone without giving me back the time she walked away.
