I pre ordered almost 4 lbs of cheese the day before. The person who helped me on the phone was amazing but the next day the pick up was excruciating. The store is small and I was stuck behind a lady who wanted a soft meltable cheese but not brie she said. The team member helping her was awesome, the issue was the fact that the guy who was working spent literally 20 minutes talking to the customer about random things non related to cheese. All the while a 3rd employee watched me visibly frustrated with this interaction finally stepped in to help. 20 minutes to pick up a pre order while I overheard lessons for life being given between a customer and a monger. So annoying.

Do you like cheese? Check this place out. Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff. They also sell everything you'd need for a fancy cheese party including jams, nuts, dry fruit, pretty cheese boards and knives.

Yes, it's a bit pricey but this is a specialty shop. Can you find some of these cheeses at Whole Foods or elsewhere? Yes. But here you can try them before committing to buying a pre-cut wedge and chat with someone who can recommend something new to you. It's the difference between your local bookstore and Amazon. This place has a terrible vibe and horrible customer service. Me my wife and our son walk into this location at 5:55 on Saturday evening, we are met by a man who immediately says "we close in 5 minutes so if you want I slice of cheese that's all we can do" I think "hello" or "welcome" would have been a better greeting. I asked if they had any platters available and the guys looks at me and tells me in a very condescending way "pre-made? Umm no" then laughs like it was funny I even asked that question. I would have bought a large platter to be made for another day but My wife and I agreed that he was being extremely rude we decided not to buy anything or...
