I visited this place on my birthday and got a 1 hour massage. I received probably the worst massage I've ever had, it was pretty clear that the lady had zero training. I found it really odd that at the end of the massage all of the massage people in the various rooms stood outside of the room and it was obvious that they were just waiting to be tipped. It made me really uncomfortable almost as if they wouldn't let you out until you tip. I opened my purse to tip the girl and realized that I only had a $5 bill and nothing else, which was a little more than 10%. I felt a little bad, but it was all I had so I gave it to her. The girl chased after me yelling at me telling me that I had to tip her at least $10. I was so embarrassed and I told her that I honestly didn't have anymore cash. I was so upset because although I always normally top at least 20%, a tip is supposed to be a way of thanking someone that has done a good job, and this was the worst massage I've ever had. Please stay away...
Read moreI booked three appointments for a massage at this place because they had good ratings, surprisingly. First of all, they didn't even have us fill out forms as new clients so they have no knowledge of our health history. It's so easy for something to go wrong since your massage is based off of your health history.. I know this because I'm a massage therapist as well. There was no communication about what I wanted or how I felt or what was bothering me so I'm guessing they just do the same massage for everyone. Also seems like they're not real massage therapists. All three of us felt discomfort after our massages. At the time the massage felt good for me but afterwards I had low back and glute discomfort. My cousin also had back discomfort and my sister said her leg went numb and her therapist messed up her right shoulder so there's a pattern.. don't book a massage here unless you are looking for...
Read moreI absolutely love this place. I wasn't able to get any massages during covid so finally my first time back and over a year. Could not raise my arm over my head and many more back issues. Every time I go here I feel so much better and have so much more mobility. I was finally able to move my arm over my head again. Still have pain, but it's 80% better. I get the combination full body for $40 which includes full body massage along with reflexology. I can't imagine the masseuse making the money he's worth so I tip $25 and I still spent under $70. A small price to pay to be able to move again especially being a hairstylist I need my arms and I...
