No boundaries!! I wont sit here and deny that the quality of their meat is impeccable ! the chicken and steaks are great quality and delicious! BUT!!! the service is ridiculous !! lets begin with the fact that i live in a military community and all the doors clearly say NO SOLICITING ! but me being nice i open the door regardless, this man practically let himself in my house and layed out all the meat he had in his truck, and i told him 3TIMES!! i would wait for my husband to come home in order for me to make a decision, but he insisted and i was practically cornered in my own house! the meat was fine i was happy with the product, i was making my payments twice a month. i go away on vacation out of the country clearly my bank blocks my card since Im out of the U.S. not even 2 days since my payment is due and these people called me twice a day for 3 days straight leaving voicemails and texting me!! THATS NOT ALL!! they took it app-on themselves to come to my house for 2 days straight Knocking on my door bothering my husband over 60 miserable dollars! I get back in town i arrange my payments but i call to complain about them having no right to come to my house and they simply said they didn't care that was their policy , not even apologizing for completely crossing the line!!! this company has no sense of customer service they have monkeys running this place and they treat their customers with no respect. Was not interested in their product. A few days ago, one of their guys came and tried to sell me on it but I told him I wasn't interested. Today however another one of their employees came and really tried to sell on how this stuff was quality and fresh, grass fed beef and how it was cheaper to get New York steak, even offered one of the other boxes for free for around $100-150. Was not interested, the meat had a brown look that left me weary on the freshness. It did not help one of the sealed cuts of New York steak had a green spot. Could of just been the packaging but even then that doesn't really sell me on buying the steak.
