I took a long 2-year hiatus from getting my hair done, and it was such a welcoming experience to come back and be a guest at Salon Ardor (which was not my usual salon pre-covid). Everyone was extremely friendly, on-time, efficient, and considerate. The ambience was comfortable and chic, and there was plenty of natural light. The chairs and washing stations were comfy even after hours of processing, and I was so appreciative of them for offering WiFi, water, drinks, and snacks throughout the service.. it really made the experience enjoyable and comfortable! I was trusting my locks to Ashley and she did not disappoint. Best part was probably the scalp massage! Also love how easy it is to book appts via text and appreciate them not being pushy with products, while still making great recs. I had scheduled an appointment for a single color service and a cut. I initially wanted to color my hair all black and leave it at that. My wonderful stylist Alli gave me a great consultation beforehand and suggested I tone rather than color my hair permanently black. As someone who knows nothing about hair, I was super appreciative of the advice and went what was best especially knowing myself that I would want to do different hair colors in the future! Everyone in the salon was so helpful, they took my jacket and hung it, they provided refreshments like chips, coffee, tea, water. They even had a cute little personalized sign that said "Welcome [NAME]". During the service, there was constant communication so that myself and my stylist were always on the same page. I already have booked a touch-up and I cannot wait...

I am always asked about where I get my hair done, even when it’s been my “week long hair” with no wash. That’s a sign ladies. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH SALON ARDOR! You won’t regret it. I love the way they explain the steps during the process of whatever you’re getting done. They also have amazing customer service, trying to have you as comfortable as possible during your appointment. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! They also have a wide selection of hair products if you’re ever in need. Currently (as of July 2022) they have Kerastase and Davines lines.
