My 1yr old came in for passport photos and it was a breeze, thanks to Brian. Came back this afternoon to get passport photos for my 2yr old which should've been even easier because she is easiily amused and takes direction very well. However, there was a different photographer available. He stood around twiddling his thumbs while I tried to calm my child and made no effort whatsoever to draw her attention, explain to her what he was doing etc. He didn't acknowledge her once. This went on for several minutes. Mind you, I'm also holding my infant. I took a break and came back. Nothing inspired him to take any initiative, so it continued to be a failure. The cashier mozied on over to gawk at my crying toddler, but not to offer any help of course. Had she stood beside the photographer and waved and said something friendly- that mightve been the end of our struggles. But no. We left empty handed. Useless, clueless..idk what to call these employees but newsflash- children are actually people too and it would've been nice if ANYONE interacted with her as such today instead of looking at her like an animal at the zoo and doing nothing to provide the service we came in for. Good grief.
I also want to add that I came in about month ago to do an Amazon return. The cashier directed me to the desk where the returns are taken care of. Once there, I waited a ridiculously long time before anyone appeared. When an employee finally did appear, she spoke not a word through the entire process. Before I walked away, she did pay me a compliment so I don't think she intended to be rude, just like I don't think the people I encountered today were unkind. Just unprofessional. Almost like they're surprised to have any business and not sure what to do besides stand...
Read moreTerrible experience tonight. Found an office chair I wanted. I couldn’t find a box on the sales floor. I ask the cashier. He radioed for support. 15 mins later, I found the chair in the color I wanted but the box was very damaged. I told them I prefer a box that wasn’t just it cause the product was too. I waited another 20 mins or so. I decided I didn’t want to wait anymore. Brought the chair to a new cashier and told her the situation about the damaged box and me waiting 20+ mins. She rang me up not acknowledging my concerns. I asked for a discount at least. She said no since she offered me to wait longer for the new chair. I declined. And basically she said take it or leave it. It’s not her fault they are short staffed. I didn’t argue but was amazed by this. As I’m finishing cashing out, she said if I wanted to wait 2 more minutes, it’s right there (pointing to the back) we can switch it out. I responded, “a real 2 minutes”. Again she said, it’s up to you if you want to wait. I said okay I’ll wait 2 mins. I put a timer on my phone. 3 mins later. So, I wanted another 3 mins just to give her me the finger basically. Not...
Read moreGwyneth was very rude! I came into the store to return my Amazon items, I walked up to the counter and as she was packing up a box, her backed was turned, so I said Hi! She didn’t turn around, so I waited a few moments, then said again Hi! Excuse me, then she casually turned around and said I’ll be with you in a moment. She took her time to do non emergency work, which was moving two boxes around on the counter. She purposefully took her time to help me. Then once she finished scanning my items, she asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. She printed out the receipt then just sharply handed it to me, without saying anything. She didn’t say here you go have a nice day. She didn’t say thank you. She handed me the receipt and said nothing. She has horrible customer service skills and a bad attitude. I informed the store manager of how she handled me as a customer and he just said ok I’ll talk to her. He didn’t even say oh I’m sorry you had that experience or I’m sorry for the lack of customer service. He just said ok I’ll talk to her. I’ll never shop at this store again or utilize...
