Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Diego

There is a very thin Hispanic woman who works the window sometimes. She is extremely rude. The first time I interacted with her was over two months ago and I was appalled. I went through the drive through, that day, but I came back to the restaurant and went inside because not only was that woman very hostile to me but she got my sons order wrong as well. I complained about her to the manager and the manager told me”it could be a language barrier”. Then, last night, I tried to go through the drive thru again (for the first time since that incident) but before I could even finish placing my order the woman speaking to me through the speaker was so rude, I stopped placing my order and pulled up to the window. I asked for the name of the lady taking orders, the girl at the window did not tell me her name, instead she went and told the lady taking the orders to come to the window. When she came up to the window I realized it was the same woman who I had an issue with months ago! She kept saying her name in Spanish and I could not make out what she said. I asked her to spell it, she refused. I waited at the window asking everyone in the restaurant what her name was, no one would tell me. I still do not know her name because she and everyone in the restaurant refused to spell her name or give it to me in English. They even proceeded to call me offensive because I was requesting her name in English! Very bizarre!!! I did not say anything offensive to her, I simply asked how to spell her name in English so I could file a complaint. She blatantly refused to give me her name and so did everyone in the restaurant. I came here and sat down for lunch while I was getting a tire changed next door. Every single table was dirty and the floor was covered in food. The entire dining room was in a sort of disarray. Let me start by saying the staff was friendly but seemed very preoccupied. I received my food and it all tasted consistent with the Jack brand. What threw me off about my visit was the complete unprofessional behavior of the employees (mind you, very nice). I've worked in restaurants my entire life and I've never heard staff carry on so loudly about their personal lives. It didn't offend me personally but I'm used to dealing with large personalities in a restaurant setting. Note for the employees: There is NOT an invisible sound barrier between your BOH and the FOH. Everything you say can be heard. Be considerate of your guests and keep the personal stories private. Also, an employee was taking an order from an Hispanic guest and proceeded to repeat his order to him in an accent which she clearly didn't have (repeating the order in English just mimicking a Spanish accent). Shouting, "Thank you, señor!" afterwards. He looked so uncomfortable... The whole experience was surreal. Wrangle the team together and hold an all staff meeting on hospitality and...

I came here and got a pretty big amount of food and asked for 10 ranches. The guy said that he put it in and charged me, and when I come home I find I got 0 ranches... Keep in mind no receipt was given to me, so I drive all the way back and when I get there and tell the girl "hey! I was just here and I ordered ten ranches and didn't get any". She asks me my order then rudely says you only got five and that she can't hear me so I need to pull up to the window. I go up and she charges me $1 and something for literally 5 more ranches without giving me any evidence that I didn't pay... I should of gotten those ranches for free considering the man told me he put it down and I didn't get any ANY and had to drive all the way back because YOU guys messed up. I think the girls name was Kimberly but I could be wrong she had brownish I think somewhat fake blonde hair. Her attitude was rank, idk if she was having a bad day but girl we all got work deal with it and next time just do your job right without that stank attitude. Also she tried to literally hand me all those ranches without a bag LOLLLL. Embarrassing, please work on your customer service skills if you ever wanna get anywhere outside that job. Hope...
