My first visit with Lucy... My sister booked me an appointment with Lucy for a massage and reiki, and I loved it! I tend to get nervous about things, and this appointment was no different. As soon as I walked in, Lucy greeted me, "Are you Janique?" With such a soft demenour. During my one on one with Lucy we discussed my questionnaire I filled out prior, ex: painful areas. While speaking, my body felt so comfortable. I felt at ease. There was such a calm feeling in her presence and the room. It was different than any other massages I have received in the past. During the massage, I focused on my body, breathing and allowing someone to help me move any nervous/tense energy that didn't serve me.
