I just wanted to spread the word... These guys are awesome! After buying a Hisense "on sale tv" at best buy being 53 years old that just watches tv for football games and other sports occasionally. Salesman at best buy did not spend any time or effort to explain the huge differences between models, name brands and prices right away felt rushed to just buy cheap 4k smart tv and encourage me to pay $50 membership which included "benefits" and also offered extended warranty for my new tv which I though it was covered with my so called "membership benefits" I decided to decline. A week later my tv went dark and started flashing a red light in the middle. I right away schedule a diagnostic appointment that was 5 days apart. Finally a technician made it to the house, just grabbed the remote pushed power button and after charging me $150 just to tell me what I already knew the tv wasn't working! Was told to called HISENSE and activate factory warranty. I went to pay my phone bill I was sharing my experience with the teller and another customer referred me to THE HDTVOUTLET he mentioned he only buys his tvs there. After all the headaches I decided to returned the brand new tv and get only what I spent on the tv it self not including installation. Went to The hdtvoutlet in San Diego Jonathan Helped me out go with an 75" X90K which was exactly what I needed, literally $700 less than Any big retail store! No gimmicks, no hassle and less than MSRP. Great place to consider if you want to get the best VALUE for your buck on good quality tvs.

I stumbled upon HDTV outlet by accident, while looking at TVs for sale on OfferUp. Apparently they have people who place ads for them to get customers in the store using a low price to catch your attention that is actually one payment of two usually. In any event, I ended up stopping by the store to try to snag a bargain on a cheap big screen TV but ended up deciding to go with a high-end model instead because the prices were reasonable and the salesperson knew his stuff. Ended up buying an 85-in Samsung QNED set and love it! My salesman John opened and demonstrated the actual TV I took home beforehand so I could confirm the picture was good and no damage. Just had it hung on the wall yesterday and am loving it! If you want to save big dollars check out HDTV outlet.

Recently went in and purchased a TV. Spoke with Johnathon, will purchase all of my TVs from him from now on. Asked me questions and wanted to know what i watched (movies, sports, etc) then made recommendations and showed me many options, Instead of trying to sell me on the biggest or more expensive TV, he helped me purchase something exactly what i was looking for. Asked me important questions like the layout of the room and natural lighting of the area where the TV would be. Extremely happy with my purchase!

I'll start by saying I've never given a business less than 5 stars, even with negative experiences I've had in the past. I don't like the idea of negatively impacting someone's business and/or livelihood with a negative review. However, I feel compelled to add to the other 1 star customer reviews where they seemingly had the same experience as me. I left this place stunned by the utter disrespect I received from the guy working the store. I went in to ask about a product advertised on OfferUp to understand how the price was so low, recognizing that it was nearly half of typical retail, thinking maybe it was refurbished to allow such a price. He immediately got defensive, as if he's been questioned many times before about the pricing he has listed. If you engage in questionable business practices, then you should expect questions. It's basically a bait and switch where he posts a super low price, but in the description it says that it's the price for one of three total payments (in very misleading, grammatically incorrect, and how to understand language). I wasn't even trying to argue the situation (I'm not a confrontational person), simply trying to understand because the description was not clear. He then proceeded to tell me "If you don't like it, then get out of my shop" in a very aggressive manner. I'm honestly still in shock at how it all happened. Read the other 1 star reviews and you'll notice a theme here. Prior to this encounter I tried calling on four separate occasions to get the clarity I was seeking, but no one ever answered and there is no voicemail set up. I also tried to go to the store during the listed store hours earlier that day, but it was apparently closed (something another person mentioned in their 1 star review). I think this place only gets positive reviews due to the lower than retail prices on TV's, so I would caution anyone thinking they're going to get a deal on any of the other products he advertises on OfferUp (it's basically just a payment plan where you don't need good credit and you simply end up paying $100 more than total retail for the benefit of the payment plan). This guy has zero business integrity and clearly does not respect customers, so shop here at...

Worst customer service. I drove 45 minutes to get here, and was greeted by the ā€œbusiness ownerā€. I had questions about the Samsung Frame TV he had listed on OfferUp. I asked him about the condition it was in, and he refused to give me an answer. At one point, he got argumentative and told me there’s only two conditions, ā€œopen boxā€ or ā€œbrand newā€ but would not get into details about what condition the ā€œopen boxā€ tv is. Obviously it was in bad condition and he wanted his customer to take a gamble on it, in his favor. Go look at the wall mounted TV’s he has on display. There’s permanent markings along the panel, and chipping along the perimeter of the TV’s. He then told me to hit him up when I’m ready to buy LOL. Bro, I’m literally here because I’m in the market for a TV.. whether it’s new or open box. A customer has the right to ask relevant questions before purchasing. I wouldn’t do business here. I should’ve listened to the other negative reviews I saw before coming here. At the end of it, he came outside and told me he was this and that, BLAH BLAH. And then judged my daily driver 🤣🤣🤣. Don’t worry, I have two gas guzzlers sitting at my house šŸ˜ Every righteous business owner is in the business to make money, not shy customers away. This guy let his ego get the best of him. Go support REAL MOM AND POP SHOPS, not this one. If you don’t believe me, go see it for yourself. And when you do agree, feel free to mention me in your negative review. Thankssss for...
