I can't say enough about how incredible my experience was with Rob Ault's team. From the amazing people in the office to Mike to RC to Ken to the wonderful contractors they employ. Even the team they used for plastering and acid wash were amazing (I'm looking at you Javier).

From start to finish, they turned my backyard into a mid century modern oasis. The team was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about bringing the vision to life.

The design process was smooth, with great attention to detail. The employ 3D CAD modeling so you can see what the finish product will look like. They really listened to my ideas and brought their extensive experience to fine-tune everything, making sure the final result was exactly what I wanted. I call this company(if you can call it a one) and left a voicemail about a complaint on one of his drivers. Guy was pumping gas and was not acting normal like he was on something. After he finish putting gas he stayed on the vehicle and didnt care about others making line waiting for him move, when we ask for him to move he just show us a piece or paper and his phone basically saying he was doing some paper work. I dont think that was the time and place to do it when others are waiting in line for gas. guy didnt have any courtesy at all, so I call this business and left a messages about this matter and requested a call back but they never did, so I end up calling them back, got a hold of a supervisor and she was questioning me instead of just listen, I was just trying to let them know the way the driver was acting didnt look good for the business but after reading other reviews I see why they dont care and also why the supervisor was so unprofessional. I am not going to say all works from this company are the same but really hurts the business when you have people like this in your company.
