I love better buzz, great drinks usually great service and fantastic visual aesthetic for your brand. This location in particular has a tendency to very very often make my drink wrong. They are always helpful in replacing it whenever there is a mistake but it’s not always very convenient to take twice the time to get it replaced which happens often. The music at this location given the interior decor is just way too Loud. I never review things because I rarely have any issues with this kind of thing but with masks and plexiglass separating the customer and employee, the music volume is something that should really be kept in consideration. Last but certainly not least, please, For the love of god, stop asking if I want to leave a tip. If I want to leave a tip I will offer or I will leave cash in the tip jar that is located next to the register. It is poor class to ask that type thing and very often makes me less likely to come in specifically because management isn’t addressing certain customer service basics such as this. Better buzz management, please address these issues to keep your regular customers coming back time and time again instead of deciding to find another establishment due to feeling very...

This is a great place to get sweet drinks. The coffee itself isn't as good as some gourmet places (though better than the bigger chains), but the prepared drinks are a sweet pick-me-up. On the rare occasion that we've gotten food, that, too, has been a big step up from the bigger chains. I also really appreciate the service -- everyone here is kind and makes a real effort to give you a positive overall experience. P.S. Kid approved -- this is my child's favorite place for chocolate milk!

EDIT: We've come many times since I wrote the original review, and I've held back on a revision, but I feel a revision is necessary. The drinks are always way too sweet, and the service takes forever. The people are very friendly, but just today we waited almost twenty minutes for a breakfast sandwich to come out, and when it did, it was as hard as a rock and was missing the sauce that's supposed to be on there. There are just too many other good choices in San Diego (for example, Jaunt Coffee, which isn't too far from here, is spectacular) to keep...

I've been here quite a few times now and this place has pretty good coffee... But the girl running orders out to cars was unnecessarily rude. After over 15 minutes of waiting and noticing so many cars who arrived after us get their orders, I rolled the window down and said, "Excuse me,we've been waiting for a while..." Just to be snapped at with, " We're really busy, I don't know what to tell you." Then with more attitude asked what the order and name was and went back inside. She came back out and told us that our order would be put as priority and rushed off. Another person came out and brought the order but it seemed like they just brought the original order that was sitting there forgotten on the counter the entire time because my drink wasn't even hot.

The receipt had printed our order at 813 and we didn't get our order until 838.

I understand this place gets insanely busy and mistakes are bound to happen but the complete lack of basic customer service skills from that girl was very off-putting. No one even apologized for...

My favorite drink is the MOCHA + Hazelnut, either iced or blended. And, I often get an extra shot of espresso. The Peppermint White Mocha with an extra shot of espresso is so good! I wouldn’t think white chocolate would be something I would like, but it’s fantastic. I tried the Iced Pumpkin Chai and loved it! The Pumpkin Latte was good too, but that chai. I said "wow that's good" with every sip. I love the GRILLED TURKEY PESTO SANDWICH. I have been adding avocado, which is smashed, and it's wonderful. The fresh mozzarella is great with the turkey. The Bacon Ciabatta is a solid sandwich with real bacon and egg. I feel like the sauce isn’t the same and the bread changed. I liked it better before. Some people might like it this way, it's just not my thing anymore. The staff is really great at this location! It is very small and loud inside, so I don’t hang out. But if you like a sweet coffee drink, the Hazelnut Mocha always makes me happy.

It’s good, but it’s not the best coffee ever. There are a lot of good one-off spots in San Diego that do some pretty high-quality stuff. The 3-seed avocado toast is pretty good here though, even if it’s a bit expensive. It’s a good portion and the bread is cut thick. I like the “best drink ever” although I don’t necessarily think it’s the “best drink ever”—there’s a coffee stand by the river in Siem Reap, Cambodia that I think serves the best drink ever! Haha. But hey, it’s not bad for a wanna-be super Starbucks! And based on their expansion over the past few years they’re apparently making bank. So, yeah it’s worth checking out. I recommend 1) mint-infused iced coffee, 2) cinnamon cream cold brew, and 3) coconut buzz. One thing to be wary of is that it’s pretty pricey. If you get a large mint-infused iced coffee, for instance, and give a 15% tip, you’re paying like $8.50 out the door for your drink.

This local chain coffee house had great curb appeal, and the coffee is good, but I also wanted to try one of the energy drink mixes. I got the coconut one which visually,  looked awesome, the only problem was that the flavor was muddled behind an insane amount of sugar,  which their energy drinks are packed with, and then sprinkled pop rocks on top. Sugar explosion.. The burrito that I was recommended had little flavor despite having chillies inside and the sandwich we got was much better, but not great. For the surrounding, i found better places to go.
