Horrible and I mean horrible customer service. The owner is a very rude woman. She tried to tell me that my husband had tried to return a used bowl when in fact he never left the bowl there And she told me she was looking at a used bowl sitting in front of her that’s impossible my husband did not leave it all there. She also said he has return things numerous times and that in fact is a lie. That’s a bad business owner right there. Good thing there’s a lot of smoke shops in this town because I will tell everybody I know not to go there. Go ahead and save yourself a trip and go somewhere else not to mention they are one of the highest priced places in town. This place was amazing.I was in search of a smoke shop, not being familiar with the area, it was late, a lot of the time what I'm looking for isn't carried, and the discomfort of going into a unfamiliar smoke shop is not one of my favorite things . I was one of two customers and the place had one clerk behind the counter. Not a big deal because once the clerk came available he was quick, knowledgeable and educational. Sometimes there are appropriate names for what you are in search of and sometimes using the incorrect term is, dependent on the clerk, a deny of sale.
