We have had an absolutely exceptional experience with Chef Laura, hiring her twice to prepare multi-course meals for groups of about 10 people. On both occasions, she was outstanding. Laura collaborated with us to craft the perfect menu for our events, starting with her established menus and then riffing on our ideas to create a truly bespoke dining experience. The food was not only incredible in flavor but also beautifully plated, with generous portions that left everyone completely satisfied. Our guests, ranging in age from 6 to 80, were all delighted with their meal. In addition to her culinary talent, Laura's presence in our home was a breath of fresh air. Laura was incredible! My husband and I hired her for a 5-course dinner at our intimate wedding at my parent's house. She was very responsive to our emails and so accommodating when it came to designing the menu and taking care of the rentals. On the day of the wedding, she arrived with an assistant and immediately began setting the table and getting settled in the kitchen, so we never had to worry about anything before the wedding started. Her food was beyond spectacular. Without having a sample tasting, we were going in blind to what the dinner would taste like, but we were blown away! Laura was an amazing chef to work with for a business celebration event at my home. She was really easy to communicate with and very helpful in coordinating the details for the party. Laura even helped me managed the party rentals which made things so much easier for me.

The summer inspired buffet was absolutely delicious and laid out beautifully. It was enjoyed by all the guests. We really appreciated that the server Gino was there to take care of the setup of tables, place settings, glasses, buffet, passing hors d'oeuvres as well as cleanup details.
