Pretty Please Bakeshop made my custom wedding cake that was far from traditional and they delivered! My husband and I eloped North of the Bay Area and are from PA so it was very nice to work with them and it was easy! I shared inspiration photos, the team worked with me to go over my vision and the end result was more than I could’ve imagined. We had a white cake with espresso filling and their signature buttercream icing. Was probably one of the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had!...

We are so thrilled with our experience! My husband and I were hosting a dinner that was a little fancy (but not super fancy) -- just fancy enough for a tiered cake. Pretty Please made everything simple from up-front pricing, to to-go sample cupcakes, and even pickup in a well-protected box for our multiple-hour drive north. We are definitely ordering more tiered cakes for fun again, and we will definitely be using Pretty Please.

Disappointed multiple times while trying to contact them via email (several months in advance!) for a custom order. They are impossible to work with; they advertise as a specialty bakeshop yet they won't make the slightest effort to make a custom cake! I've tried their cakes several times and they are in fact very good. Would be nice if their customer service was at...
