I ordered a gift through store's website and entered a shipping address different from the billing address, paying by credit card. After the order was complete, the system changed the shipping address and I received the gift at home. They insisted they had filled the order as received. I repeated the purchase, this time taking screen shots to show I had not made an error. Again the system changed the shipping address to the billing address. The employee with whom I emailed about it, Chelsea, insisted "the website is not the issue" and clearly still believed I had done something wrong. (She did refund one of the shipping charges as a "courtesy".) She said "this issue is closed", and did not reply to my email asking whether she had attempted to duplicate what I did. She could simply have attempted to send HER sister a gift (and canceled the order after checking whether I was telling the truth); or she could look up how many purchases were made in the past month with shipping address different from billing address, but she did neither.
