Don't go here! I had such a horrible experience with Lilly Med Spa, & Devine. I got lured in with a promo from FB for neck tightening, after the session I was seated with the manager Devine who wanted to sell me more expensive procedures & packages. Let me back track to the procedure I had done, it did absolutely Nothing! She sold me on a Co2 procedure, I am Latina with tan skin, I let her know I paddle board all summer, yet she still recommended this! Thankfully my besties Gf is an aesthetician, and she told me not to do it, because I'm too dark and I would definitely scar. So I wanted a refund, her manager Joel called me saying there is no refunds. Excuse me, Devine never mentioned that there would be no refunds nor did I sign anything to prove that! He talked me into switching to micro needling. So i did, and guess what it did absolutely nothing. My face wasn't even pink after the session, only my neck was slightly & I didn't even peel. There was gaps where the micro needles machine ended- which means not all of my skin was needled! A $500 a session, I expect someone who is trained properly to do every inch of my skin, not with breaks & gaps! I sent her a message, letting her know how disappointed I was in her service, a week goes by and I hear nothing from her or Joel. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer! These people are total scammers all they care about is money not the customers satisfaction. They recommend procedures that they shouldn't and they don't do procedures correctly! Pictures attached, face 15 min after micro needling, not even a light shade of pink & neck with clear white gaps, where she didn't needle all of my skin! Worst part I paid $500 for...
Read moreAfter taking a chance on a random Facebook ad, I finally learned that Lilly’s Beauty Med Spa is an actual factual place. There’s real people and all! Aha.
I checked in for a promotional facial at 2:15pm, highly skeptical at first, but was easily made to relax upon meeting the owner of the spa. We conversed briefly about some of the provided services, of which there are many, and discussed flame of the accepted payment methods. As it stands, what I’d like done is out of my price range currently, but once obligations are taken care I’d happily come give their services a shot!
After a nice exchange, I was guided downstairs where I met Jasmine! She further reassured me that yes, Lilly’s Med Spa is the real deal, and that she was someone I could be comfortable working with. Kindly and sweet, she communicated all that was necessary, gave me privacy where needed, and conducted the service while ensuring I was comfortable. The conversation was led on by my sleepy ramblings, of which she took like a champ — LOL!
As for the promotional facial, the process was comfortable and gentle, and the results left me feeling less zombie-esque after nearly 24hrs of work. This face is nice and moisturized — it certainly puts the lotion on its skin!
Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here at Lilly’s and I will most certainly look forward to...
Read moreI found this place via a Instagram ad. The promotion was for a non-surgical face lift for 59.00$ and it required a 20$ deposit (important). First they called and text several times for confirmation, even after o spoke to someone and confirmed via text (fine). I arrived early because I didn't want to be late, due to parking etc. Spoke to person at front desk (friendly) tried to sell other treatments but I've been to places like this before and was clear on why I was there(no pressure). Went downstairs for treatment and person was (cordial) as a new client id expect explanation about procedure, etc , i had to ask what she was doing, side effects, what to expect etc, as a client you should have better customer service skills, the client shouldn't have to ask(smh). Fine, I'm done in go back upstairs (took about an hour) and I go up to pay. I'd paid a 20$ deposit, the procedure was 59$ so it should be 39$ right? (Ok), I told her I paid the deposit yet she shows me an invoice for 49.00$, I look at it and suggested tip (,i give 10$) because I am a decent person. I know what she charged was wrong. The service was mediocre, and I got shady vibes from the beginning with all the text and calls prior. I won't be returning and suggest the establishment do better with customer service and financial...
