This powder was not powdery/fluffy/snowy like Naya or Udessert. It was richer and denser but I wouldn't go to a place called "Powder" for an icecream texture, so this was disappointing. It was overly sweet. They skimped on my toppings-- look at everyone's photos, the toppings all look inconsistent. When they handed it over, toppings fell out and we were the last customers tonight. What an awful experience beginning to end.

I arrived right before closing. If you don't want to serve patrons until 10pm, lock your doors at 9:45pm. Otherwise, don't train your staff to feel pressured to rush clients or compromise good customer service just to hurry clients to order and get out. Your Asian employee/cashier told me, "You have 3 minutes." And the Latina in the back was not outright negative or rude but definitely gave off an impatient disposition which made my partner feel rushed and uncomfortable with trying to enjoy the experience and process of being there and selecting a flavor and toppings and your staff made him feel so rushed that he rushed me and made my experience even more awful because of your staff's negative impact on him. Are you trying to go out of business? Additionally, when the cashier handed off the cup on the counter, toppings would fall off, mochi fell off... It's not exactly cheap and that's my money. Why is your staff inconsiderate when passing off and costing me toppings which I bought with my hard earned money in this rough economy. Can't even enjoy trying to support an Asian food-inspired business as an Asian. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had when trying to get a dessert.

As an ex Pinkberry employee back when it was viral and trending, this customer experience was so trash compared to how Pinkberry trained me. We had to hand off cups with both hands and could never make such comments...

If you haven't tried Powder's shaved snow yet, you are missing out! Their shaved snow is hands down the MOST DELICIOUS TREAT you'll ever have. It's unbelievably light and fluffy yet incredibly satisfying--a perfect balance of flavor and texture that will leave you craving more. I love all their flavors including strawberry, matcha, and sesame - and they have a wide variety of tasty toppings like waffle crumbs, sprinkles, and whipped cream. Yummy!!

When it came time to plan our wedding, we loved Powder so much that we dreamed of having them cater dessert at our event. We begged them to cater our event, and despite the distance, they were amazingly generous and agreed to drive four hours to be there. They were so so kind and accommodating and we are so happy they agreed to come!!

At our wedding, Powder's shaved snow was a massive hit! Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. It added such a unique and memorable touch to our wedding dinner!

Their shaved snow is pure magic, and I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try if you're in the city. Thank...

Great and simple varieties of shaved ice, we got the Vietnamese Coffee and the Strawberry, both excellent. I had the Vietnamese Coffee one in their 'chosen picks' concotion thing which consisted of Chopped Almonds, Sweet Milk Glaze, and Chocolate glaze. You can really taste the Vietnamese Coffee and it blended perfectly with the sweet milk glaze. The GF got the Strawberry shaved ice with Organic Blueberries and Fruity Pebbles. The Strawberry? Terrific. All varieties come with a piece of waffle cone to dip and eat! The flavors were on point and the quality of the ingredients were up there. Prices are fair too at $5.50 I believe for a regular size and additional for toppings. We went on a rather warm day in the city and though there was a line of approximately 10-15 people, we were able to order and walk out indulging within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and everything about this establishment was perfect. Even got a glimpse of their food healthy certificate thing, and of...

Powder is ok. Shaved ice/bingsoo which is different from ice cream. Remember these desserts are ice infused with flavor. With that, Powder is ok. We ordered 3 different ice and the only one with flavor was the black sesame. The Thai tea barely had flavor and as did the ube. If the ube shaved ice didn’t have the shavings and red bean, it would have been a total bust. It wasn’t crowded for 9:30pm on a Thursday night when we walked in. After placing our order the desserts came out quick! There is a small curbside area for seating but the evening was cold and sitting outside with the light fog/mist wasn’t appealing so we ate in the car. I promised to take some kids there in the coming days so I hope to try another item on the menu that might yield a tastier result!
