I have had all positive experiences when I have visited this framing store on West Portal. My most recent experience was with Laninie Monsef who helped me frame a very special poem in early June. I appreciated her friendliness, assistance , and her enthusiasm. She helped me pick a beautiful frame that looked fabulous with the art and the poem. Since I was out of town when the framing was completed my niece it up when it was ready and sent it off to may friends in Phiily. I was in Philly when it arrived.
