$122!!! Tax tip ect Bloody toes cuticles cut too deep like other photos here …. Lady needs néw prescription lenses!!! Idk 🤷‍♀️ what to say most amazing foot scrub environment ect went south at 5:30!!!!! The whole shop was turned upside down and spraying cleaner a lot of cleaning 🧹 but only half way thru my manicure pedi so I did not get nail polish dry like everyone else since the owner stood there looked very angry I smiled at her grimace was really unexpected. Did she have an urgent doctor appointment? She needed to get to that she was closing her shop early before it was even time for the closing at 6 o’clock.??? I did witness this a few days prior I walked past, and everybody was frantically cleaning, and it was only 5:30 ! The shop closes at six and everybody had their jackets on ready to leave the door. Well apparently that’s the protocol there so if you go to have an appointment do not go at 5 o’clock or anywhere near that time because he will be swept into a tornado with the room, and Cure for a cleaning, and. what a great job they do cleaning unfortunately I did not get my nails dry as she instructed me as I was leaving at the door that they might not be dry yet and to be careful. Well I did mess up the pinky totally, and my toenail cuticles were cut pretty deeply where I had blood coming out when I put on my glasses today I see blood there and I wonder why my toes hurt I am severely upset about this situation and this is the first time I’ve been to the salon apparently it is Worker. I put under severe pressure to have everything completed by 6 o’clock and be walking out the door which is highly on regular especially when you’re talking about customer service!! Maybe they thought I was a bad tipper, but I am a very good tipper and I took the baby well and I got the boot along with the dirt and dust out the door. I feel like I need to take a shower after they were done cleaning and shaking out the rug in my presence. I’m absolutely horrified at the amount of dust, flying around my allergies, and whatever contaminants were in the dust that was shaking all over the place I did not appreciate. The Worker was talking frantically in whatever language, I don’t understand to her coworker, which I found very, very aggravating and very rude. You should not treat your customers like that and she seem to be aggravated may be the reason why my toes are bleeding...

I used to go to white daisy all the time when they were in west portal, in fact most of my family and friends went. After they burned down I hadn’t gone to their new address until today. Big mistake, when I got there I asked for a mani pedi, the lady doing the pedicure cut my toe twice and did not offer an apology, she barely acknowledged what she had done even though the lady doing my mani was embarrassed and said sorry. She was extremely rough and didn’t even smile or talk. The lady doing my mani was friendly. And did a terrific job. After my treatments I went to pay with a card that I had been given when they were in west portal, she refused to accept the card, even told me that and I quote “that anyone could come off the street with a card and say there was 200 or 300 on the card”!!!! She continued to tell me they don’t use the system anymore because the building had burned down. When I told her that was not my fault she called her boss who offered to honor half of the balance on the card which at this point I would not accept because she was utterly rude insinuating that I was lying. I paid for the treatments and left so annoyed. I have never been treated so badly. I called my friend who gifted me the card and she called them to explain that the card was indeed for the amount I had said and the same lady maintained her same stance. My friend and I will be going to her bank and will find the purchase of this card, and I will be returning to get a full reimbursement and I will never return again. In all my years going to businesses I have never been treated so badly. 5 of my friends already have told me they will not return either. They have lost a lot of customers today and I will continue to spread the word about this...

The best pedicure in my life! I love this business! Professional and the sweetest ladies ever. This shop is so clean! The bathroom is spacious and clean. If you had a elderly family member who used a walker or wheelchair you would have no problem getting them in and out of that bathroom, so that was a major plus . The jazz music and the entire ambiance of this nail shop are VIBE by itself. It was very cold outside. I believe a touch of rain. They made sure I had hot herbal tea and kept my cup full with fresh hot tea. Ms. Gwen has a warm, inviting bubbly spirit, and all of her nail technicians are amazingly sweet. If you are looking for a place that is going to provide you PAMPER YOU in peace and comfort, look no more. This is the place for you. I was looking for a place where I could kick my feet up relax and really enjoy the experience of getting a REAL MASSAGE pedicure and an extended foot massage if I desire. The massage chairs, massage the neck back, shoulders, and lower back, all the way underneath your buns🥰🌸🔥💫🙌🏽! It also has a heating mechanism that will keep you in pure bliss comfort. Miss Lucy has a touch from an angel. She was extremely gentle with my toes, and she never once cut me or drew blood from my toes. I had a bad experience with the nail shop across the street from here and my big toe had became infected for one week last month and it was so painful, I was never going to get another pedicure from them again. So, I was seeking a place close to my community, and I did🤩🌸🌼🥰! This is my new pedicure spot🌼🫶🏾♥️. I'm not sure if they do nails as good as they do toes, but if they do, they might just have🌼🙌🏽😍🌸🌼a NEW CUSTOMER 🌸🫶🏾♥️🤩🥰! THANK YOU, LADIES YOU ARE...
