The place took me right away and offered me water and tea which was nice but that's the only reason they got 1 star. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It was awkward because they wanted to do both at once so I had to keep my body twisted the whole time. The color on my manicure was great but it was the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. There was a very large gap between my cuticle and the gel and the lady didn't even cover my whole nail on some of them. After about 3 days the gel started lifting from one of my thumb nails. After a week it was peeling so much that it caught and ripped while the rest were already pulling away from the top edge of my nails. For their price, they are absolutely not worth it at all. I really don't recommend this store. If you don't want to put up with terrible attitude, this is not the place you go. The manicurist with Taiwanese accent was so rude. I came in at a rainy day when they didn't really have many customers. She kept me waiting for 40 minutes and then told me my nails extensions are hard to remove. There's no time for her to do any nails style for me. And then when she was removing my nail extensions, she scratched my finger with the device. It hurts so bad. Worst experience ever. I reserved a manicure removal two days before and double checked by phone. When I got there, there was only one staff and she was doing some one else’s nail.
