Province — Local services in San Gabriel

My recent tour of Unity Prosper Province opened my eyes to the benefit of community living for active seniors in a luxury residence as this one. Each unit, from a studio to a 3-bedroom, offers a welcoming airy living environment that’s beautifully rendered with tall ceilings, tranquil colors, a kitchen worthy of any chef, and a balcony or patio.

The long list of impressive amenities allow residents to have more time for leisure and travel. They also make it possible for residents to live with vitality while never leaving the building! The focus is to help residents maintain their active lifestyles by providing alternatives to keeping fit, staying well, and thriving. Not interested in cooking nightly? Then the generous monthly food and beverage credit of $500 for 1 or $1000 for 2 at the bistro and on-site public restaurant is another plus to living at Unity Prosper Province.

With future shops potentially occupying the commercial part of the building, the added convenience of Unity’s location enhances its potential as a dynamic and ideal residential location in a thriving San Gabriel Valley community.

I’m posting this on behalf of my parents, who have the following to comment about in their visit:

Our one-hour leasing gallery visit to Province was hosted by Ms. Jeanine, Sales Director and Senior Advisor.

In addition to the video presentation and the nice pamphlets provided, Ms. Jeanine explained to us the various floor plans, from a studio to a 3-bedroom unit. The monthly service fees include: all utilities, internet and phone services, a parking space; and bi-weekly house cleaning. They also provide a $500 credit (i.e. $1,000 credit for the both of us) to spend on on-site restaurants.

What really appealed to us was their wellness program as we both need various social and fitness programs. Their free facilities include a Fitness Center; a Studio offering yoga, tai chi, meditation and Pilates classes; a movie theater; Karaoke room; and a Par golf simulator.

Our relative has some medical problems and Ms. Jeannie provided us lots of professional advice and referrals. We greatly appreciate her kindness. Her professional background and experience in senior care is of great benefit to the Province residents.

This fabulous senior living facility and its location seem to be a great fit.

I really love the beautiful view from the sky lounge. Of course it being the beginning of the autumn season the night air was getting colder.Good thing we planned accordingly.

and the incredible lighting you have in the very specious parking structure.🥰 From the very brief time in the the 1 and 2 bedroom units are so well planned and everything is placed in an orderly manner.🥰

🎵🎶We really enjoyed the live guitar concert. Please have him come back and perform again. We could just listen to him play all night. 🥰🎶🎵

The dinner was delicious but next time please have someone stir the hot items because the all the different pasta dishes needed to be hotter throughout the entire dish instead of just on the very bottom.☹️ And we wished that there was more public restrooms available ☹️ Otherwise I would say that the event was very nice for people who like a very relaxing casual dinner and not...
