The manager daisy Valdovinos is the most horrible choice to represent this company. She constantly talks down to you refuses to explain policy and even tried to trespass us from the store for trying to exchange phones that she claimed weren’t in stock at her store or any other in the area when I called the San Jacinto store the manager there said to return to daisys store and that the exchanges would be done under crickets 7 day return policy but due to the managers attitude and insistence on continuing to talk down to me she stated she couldn’t do anything and refused us service even trying to trespass is from the store. Once we were outside she came out and made a snarky comment about me living with my parents then started to film us and continuing to mock us. Great store have better deals then the other cricket stores in town you would think that they all have same promotions I went 1 by 1 and found a better deal here I would definitely bring friends and family that need service the short the tall with glasses and short girl with colored eyes through in some cases speakers and didn't have to pay upfront to pay when bill is due I would have tooken more but they only had 1 left no other carrier gives you that 4 phones for the prise thank you...

Brenda has been the beat representative by far. I have cancer and she never rushes with me and she is very patient with every customer. She goes above and beyond to help not only me but everyone. I'm still with cricket because of Brenda. She needs her own store. I praise her and she goes way beyond the call of duty and can't say enough about her...
