Throughout my 8 years of being a Metro subscriber, I have found their prices and services to be exceptional, with no cause for complaints. Oh, but you pay extra, and there's no discount for a new phone. My son's phone fell and was messed up/unusable. We do share the account ( 2 lines), so we wanted a temporary phone. The phone he was comfortable with shows a price of $79.89 on their display. Our price with tax and activation comes to about $198.00. When I questioned the high cost, because my math didn't make sense, the answer was, "Oh, that's the retail price. You don't get the retail price." I calculated it would be about $115.00. Even if taxes were 20%, it makes no sense. So, because we are Metro customers, we get slammed?

Idk what her name was but she really beeds to find another line of work. When i callled to speak to the manager these 2 girls thought it was okay to laugh at me and yell ke they dont know when he will be in. Worst customer service but only for my husband. Every time he goes in they give him the run around wanted to change the pay date and she out right said no u can't has to be over due for a week. This is an absolute lie. I have done it with phone still on and done it after it was shut off for a day. Diane always gives my husband the run around and lies to him.
